This slow-flow yoga class led by Debra Dalby is a mindfulness and meditative experience designed to build self-compassion through self-acceptance.
With a focus on mind, body and breathwork, postures will gently flow from standing to seated poses, and will include breath practice and a short meditation. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please bring your own mat and any props that you may need (blocks, strap or blanket may be helpful).
