Dr. Gerry Galloway, PE, PhD, Brigadier General, US Army (Retired) is an Emeritus Research Professor of Engineering at the University of Maryland where his focus is on disaster resilience and mitigation, sustainable infrastructure development, and national security, water resources and energy policy under climate change.
