Dr. Gerry Galloway, PE, PhD, Brigadier General, US Army (Retired) is an Emeritus Research Professor of Engineering at the University of Maryland. His research focuses on disaster resilience and mitigation, sustainable infrastructure development, national security, water resources, and energy policy under climate change.
