Meet Smithsonian Horticulturist Matthew Fleming

Fleming presents The Tree Book, a visual guide that examines the scientific traits, ecological significance, and historical and cultural importance of trees.

Fleming has worked as a horticulturist at the Smithsonian Gardens Greenhouse Facility since 2010 and has presented on various plant-related topics at the Smithsonian.
