Dr. Harika Kantamneni is a specialty care physician board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She joined Inova in 2023 and has been practicing since 2017. Dr. Kantamneni has a strong passion for medical education and mentorship. She enjoys teaching patients and medical trainees, believing that knowledge empowers individuals to make informed healthcare decisions. She is particularly dedicated to menopause education, helping patients navigate this important life stage with clarity and confidence.
Melissa Dhas is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) and Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University in 2010 and practiced as an adult and Neonatal ICU nurse until 2018. In 2018 she received her MSN from the University of Alabama Birmingham and began practicing in an outpatient OBGYN setting. She is committed to helping women navigate the unique challenges of both perimenopause and menopause.
