Using watercolors, markers, pens, and other supplies, artist and educator Steve Loya makes mythical beasts called Splotch Monsters, inspired by the natural world, human emotions, and imagination.
Learn more about Loya's creative process and make and take your own Splotch Monster. Watch him at work in the Makerspace from June 1 through August 31 on most Sundays and several evening hours during the week. Check with Makerspace staff for session times.
