Megan Martinelli, a curator at Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens, highlights some of the most spectacular examples of Post's wardrobe and jewelry from the 1920s.
Hillwood’s founder, Marjorie Merriweather Post, was a notable tastemaker of fashion and jewelry during the 1920s, and one of Cartier New York's most dedicated clients, commissioning custom hardstone picture frames in the Deco style and accessorizing with spectacular examples of jewelry from the firm.
