Writer, editor, and writing workshop leader Kathleen Goggin is the local author of 10 Little Rules When Good Jobs Go Bad, a fun self-help guide conceived through the journaling process. Goggin is also a certified technical writer and a former spokesperson for clients that include the US State Department, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the FAA.
