A three-part series to learn basic crochet stitches. Each class focuses on a different stitch. This month, learn how to crochet the chain and the single crochet stitch.

The chain stitch is the basis for any crochet project. Many beginner patterns use the single crochet stitch to create rows. You will practice the chain and single crochet stitches by making a coaster. Yarn and hooks are provided.
