Makerspace: Sublimation Stickers
Sunday, September 13
12:00pm - 1:30pm
Rust Library
MakerspaceLearn how to make a colorful, waterproof, durable sticker using sublimation printing and the Cameo Cutter. Some experience with the Cameo Cutter is recommended.
This program features a demonstration, followed by the opportunity to try it for yourself. You will learn how to use registration marks in Silhouette Studio to create a basic sticker sheet. You will then use the sublimation printer to print and press your design onto special sticker paper. This process is especially good for making multicolored or detailed stickers with shapes that would be time-consuming to cut out by hand. You will receive a small piece of sticker paper to try for yourself.
Some experience with the Cameo Cutter is recommended. Space and supplies are limited. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
