Pop-Up Passport Fair

Apply for new passports for yourself and your family. Trained staff can take photos onsite, assist with forms, and file paperwork with the U.S. State Department.

We're hosting pop-up fairs at all of our branches over the next several months to help you and your family apply for new passports. Trained staff from Rust Library's Passport Office can take photos onsite, help with filling out the forms, and file paperwork with the U.S. State Department. Please check our online event calendar for more dates.

The Department of State passport fees are payable by check or money order ONLY. A separate check, payable to the Department of State, is required for each application. LCPL fees may be paid by credit card, check or money order in the exact amount, made payable to the County of Loudoun.

Please note we can only process applications for new passports. Visit the State Department website to learn if you are eligible to renew your passport by mail.

Don't forget: You can always get help with passport processing and photos at Rust Library's full-service Passport Office in Leesburg. They're open five days a week — including night and weekend hours!
