Meet a Musician: Coffee and Jazz Tasting

Enjoy this unique opportunity to interact with jazz musicians and their instruments, sample Loud'n Roasted coffee varieties from Blend Coffee Bar, browse themed adult book displays, and win prizes.

Participating Musicians:

• Tom Andersen is a local saxophonist. He's played woodwinds with various music groups in the DC area since moving from Southern California, where he mainly played trumpet. Tom is enjoying retirement as a way to focus on his music. 
• Wayland Coker is a jazz bassist and Board Member of the Loudoun Jazz Society. He plays in the big band Swing Shift DC, as well as at local venues with various artists. Wayland also plays the tuba, sousaphone and baritone horn.
• Matt Trimboli is a guitarist and the Music Coordinator for the Loudoun Jazz Society. He is also the Music Director and Staff Arranger for the big band Swing Shift DC.
