A fun, in-depth look at Apple's recording software GarageBand and the equipment and tools needed to produce great recordings.

Makerspace assistant and professional musician Jamie Potter shares tips and tricks to unlock the power of GarageBand, Apple's recording software included in most iPads and Mac laptops. Whether you are a first-time songwriter or podcaster, or someone looking to make voice recordings for a family legacy project, Potter will demonstrate how to set up and run a successful recording session. After the program, take a short tour of the Makerspace's studio.
