You will be guided through gentle breathwork and a calming vibrational journey created to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and stress release.
By Friday night, the tank is usually empty. You don't need more noise; you require a reset. Come trade the mental chatter of the week for deep, restorative rest. All you have to do is lie down and listen.
Join Cynthia Davidson (Certified Master Sound Practitioner) for Harmony Hour, a soundscape designed to help you reconnect with your center. Using seven chakra-aligned crystal singing bowls and other acoustic instruments, Davidson creates a wash of sound that helps you drift into deep relaxation. Think of it as a massage for your mind, body and spirit. This is a sanctuary for everybody, meaning absolutely no meditation experience is needed. If you can lie down and close your eyes, you are already an expert.
What to bring (The Cozy Essentials):
We’ll provide the space; you provide the nest! The library floor is firm, so the more padding, the better.
Yoga mat (or two!)
Pillow and/or blanket (highly recommended—get comfy!)
Eye mask (optional, but great for blocking out the world)
Water bottle
Important Safety Note: We love good energy, but safety comes first. Because this session involves strong sound frequencies, prior consultation with your medical team is recommended for those with pacemakers, insulin pumps or other medical issues, or who are pregnant.
