Loudoun Recovery Fest is presented by Serenity House in partnership with Loudoun County Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services. Visit the event website for more details, including a list of participating organizations. Sign up for a library card, make a craft, and find information about library services at the LCPL table.
