Jonathan Nelson helps demystify estate planning by introducing the different legal processes involved. Patrick Ramos shares a brief overview of the library's resources.

Learn why wills are important, when to use a trust, and how probate may affect your estate. 

Virginia attorney Jonathan A. Nelson practices in estate planning, probate, trust administration, business formation, and estate and trust litigation. He brings nearly 20 years of experience resolving conflicts, negotiating settlements, vigorously advocating in the courtroom, and navigating compliance matters. 

Patrick Ramos is a law librarian and branch manager of the Law Library.
