MakerspaceDevelop skills to design and build props and cosplay projects out of cardboard. Available while supplies last. Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult.
If you ever felt like cosplay and prop-making were too prohibitive due to expense, get ready to expand your knowledge of one of the cheapest yet durable materials available. Taught by one of the premier masters of cardboard at Brambleton Library, you will learn the construction skills to build basic projects and then develop your own.
This is a five-part series, with each program building upon the skills developed in the previous ones. Program dates are Wednesdays, June 17, July 1, July 15, July 29, and Aug. 12, 6-8 p.m.
Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult. Utility knives and high-temperature glue guns will be used.
